Through talking, touch and my intuitive connection to spirit, I support my clients to connect with their authentic selves, lay down their armour, reignite their spark and step into a life of joy, connection and excitement.

My Philosophy

It is my understanding that we need different things at different times as we spiral around, peeling back the layers of ourselves. As each layer is shed we are able to see ourselves with greater clarity, revealing more of who we are.

My healing journey led me to different modalities and healers at different times, I began with the mind and body before opening to spiritual modalities and then sexual healing.

I offer a selection of healing therapies and experiences that are designed to connect with each of your domains, and as my healing is multi-dimensional, we will often be working on several at once.

Working on the domain of the Mind we may ignite our curiosity and creativity, learning what makes us tick. The mind may feel overwhelmed with the conflicting concepts from the external world but together we will focus on what is true for you.

The Body can teach us about sensations and what feels good. Learning to tune in opens up a wealth of information to support us to feel more pleasure, to notice our feelings and to begin to release what we are holding on to, teaching our muscles to relax.

The Heart is the seat of our emotions and is our second brain, if we begin to tune in to it's subtle voice, we can learn to act in ways that soothe and opens our heart. This radiates out and affects those around us. Heart healing is woven through all my offerings.

The domain of Spirit is about connecting with our own intuition and tuning into the support from our spirit guides and the universe. Here we learn to trust ourselves, believing in our gifts and the magic we bring to the world.

No matter which domain you choose to begin with, healing will ripple out in unexpected ways through your whole system.
